I can't really tell what else is going on but in pole replacement situations once power has been moved over, the power company notifies us to move our lines. Folks pointing out these aren't likely power lines -- appreciate those clarifications. Whatever type of wires they are, it'd be great if they weren't drooping this low. Or if the sidewalk were blocked from public access while they are.
