Year 3 Science this afternoon and it’s magnets again. We had fun investigating which magnet was the strongest by how many paper clips it held, end to end.

Year 3 and 4 Art Club, you have bowled me over with your stunning work on the Sugar Plum Fairy today. This is all to go up in Tesco in the next week or so 💜

Wet play this morning but it was an absolute pleasure to see these guys playing so nicely with the wet play games. Apologies, not everyone’s photos are here as some photos were fuzzy! Year 3, Rookery.

Year 3 Rookery and Colony ‘Walking Like an Egyptian’ this afternoon. Both dances were highly rated by both myself and Miss Clayton but also Mrs Harwood and Mr Alder. Fab-U-Lou’s and 10s all round 🕺🏽💃🏻

Everyone it Bracken Leas is deeply saddened to hear the news about Her Majesty this evening.
Her life of dedicated service will never be matched, she has been an inspiration to us all. Our thoughts are with our new King and the Royal Family at this time.

Thank you to Brackley Wildlife Trust for helping us plant trees and hedgerow from Woodland Trust🌳 along the playground edge and in our Forest School area today. They were assisted by a small number of children from Early Years and Year 6. Looking forward to watching them grow.

In Culture Club this afternoon, we were learning about the Native American Indians and drew these stunning totem poles.

Thank you to the operations team Brackley Town Council for visiting us this morning to talk to us about their work around Brackley. This afternoon our Year 1 children have begun sorting an planting trees from seeds collected over half term alongside Year 6.
