So many evacuation orders now all the way down to the desert floor, this is the Bobcat Fire all over again almost 4 years exactly to the day it created the Angeles into the Desert 🙃

Photo taken 9/10/24 The Bridge Fire in the Angeles National Forest exploded to ~47k acres with 0% containment. The fire was quite visible last night from behind the Los Angeles skyline photographed the Baldwin Hills area. A sad reality of fire season in LA.

09’ memories of what I can loosely remember as I was only 5 around when it happened but the Station Fire. That was one of my “introductions” into wildfires alongside the Sayre Fire in 08’ which caused my preschool to close early for the day in Granada hills
