Spent 50 years learning all I could - and the remainder trying to forget the b/s I was told. Far Right and racist apparently (white and patriotic).

" They died for our Freedom". No they didn't. They died because they were lied to. They died because of Establishment propaganda bollox. They died because of their pals, their Regiment and because they were following orders. Prove me wrong.

You dislike spiders - that's okay, - or you don't like brussels sprouts, -that's okay too. But say you don't like next door's cat shitting in your seed bed - or someone else's brats shouting their heads off when you want a quiet meal - and you are some sort of evil beast.

We are often told that certain opinions are 'divisive' and that some are 'fa-ar right'. I am perfectly happy to be divided from some of those who have invaded our lands, and content to be a member of the 'far right' who object. Anyone else?

Is it a hate crime when you see next door's cat scratting and crapping in your seed bed and scaring nesting birds - and you wish you could . . . like, eliminate it?

Years ago, when my friend and I were skint, we used to play a game where a correct answer to a cryptic crossword clue earned you a Woodbine. There was only a pack of five, so we learned how decipher crossword clues. I quit smoking in 2014 - but I never quit the cryptics!

Are there any carnivores out there who were brought up on bread 'n dripping, liver and onions, tripe, sheep hearts etc who despise the supermarket garbage described as ' food'?

Does anyone remember the Fairy Tales taught as a kid - the Nursery Rhymes, the traditional English/British folk songs and sea- shanties? I still do. - but then I must be a ' far-right' bigoted, racist something-ist. In fact I am an 80 yr old patriot who can still think.

To those politicians who promise to make a change . . . I'm afraid I don't trust you. No more than I trusted my own parents when I found out they had lied about the real world for their amusement and called it 'kidding'. The bad thing is that I now trust nobody.

Why did my parents and school teachers take delight in telling me such nonsense as the globe earth and Santa Claus? Why did they think it funny to lie to me? Were they indoctrinated into thinking that lying to children was 'cool'? And who told them that?

When people refer to 'family', what do they mean? Do they mean blood relatives - or a group of friends and allies whom they think they can trust? Put it this way: I would rather a friend I can trust - than a relative I can't. Just me.
