This pains me to see a professional fighter who doesn’t understand this was because of a blow to the head. He’s literally describing a concussion Do most fighters think you only get a concussion from being knocked out??

👀👀 So happy for Lonzo! Yea, he looks great, and just the fact he’s working up a sweat playing ball is phenomenal regardless of it he gets back to his NBA level

If you believe sex (male/female) and gender identity is as simple as having a Y chromosome or not, you may want to sit out this boxing debate and read some embryology and physiology books

No. A handful of small animal studies showed there MAY be a small negative effect of using ice for injuries, but no human studies looking at actual injury outcomes. Ice your twisted ankle. You’ll be fine. You need to get the pain and swelling under control so you can start

Don’t do this. The cervical spine is not built to tolerate high compressive loads like this. If you want to strengthen your neck, do it without putting load through the top of your head

You all are missing the point. I’m totally ok with this example. It’s not that strengthening your neck is bad, it’s about doing it safely. Practically standing on your head vs doing the below are completely different risk profiles. Even Mike Tyson admitted those crazy neck

Confirms suspicion from video. Exam isn’t perfect, but a fresh ACL tear is usually pretty easy to pick up in an athlete. MRI of course will tell all Watch below for what I think happened instead of ACL youtu.be/HmFX30Eqoac
