Please pay close attention here. THIS IS WHAT TQIP WAS MADE FOR. It wasn’t constructed so that people could try to pad their CVs with minimal effort by data mining, trying to answer discrete questions that are better answered in MITs or even large single center studies.

Interesting related fact came up in our Trust Trauma Audit today: In the last 5 years at the Royal London, no patient with traumatic cardiac arrest and thoracotomy who survived prehospital & ED phases of care had chest compressions during resuscitation.
