Interesting point in this thread. Imagine saying “spend on co-ordination” rather than “admin costs”. Or how a private service delivery organisation would sound if it boasted about its low levels of investment in customer service.

Courgette salad - grated raw courgette, mint, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper. Just a warning if you make ahead of time (perfectly good if you do) lots of juice will come out.

Steak & onions obviously a classic combo, so frying the onions on quite a high heat, I want frazzle but not burnt.

Tired, quite hungry, what can I do quickly with a small piece of steak...? 15 minute meal coming up.
