Since two weeks I have my own group #biogenies at UMB and #ML4NGPmeeting is the first conference that we are attending together! With jaruś and Valentín Iglesias Mas, PhD #costaction
I am very happy to contribute to this project! Big congrats to all authors, especially the first author Oriol Bárcenas! Amazing job!
Not all of them Isma! This is the model for the interaction between an #asynuclein oligomer (30 #protein subunits) and an oligomer-specific nanobody according to #AlphaFold3 . I would say it is not very realistic 😉
Ukrainian PhD students research from bomb shelters. Keep them working! Donate to #BioinformaticsforUkraine at betterunite.com/bioinformatics…
This is a fantastic opportunity! Salva (Ventura's Lab) is a passionate and knowledgeable mentor who leads an incredible team of talented researchers. Moreover, Catalunya is one of the most beautiful places on Earth, with a rich history, tasty food and amazing nature.
We welcome Eva Arribas Ruiz as a new master's student of Ventura's Lab! If you would like to do a bit of #ArtificialIntelligence for #IDPs , join our Bioinformatics Corner, we do our machine learning much better than our photos.
New paper from Carlos Pintado Grima Ventura's Lab & colleagues presents aSynPEP-DB: a database of biogenic peptides for inhibiting #Parkinsons -associated α-synuclein aggregation; Over 100 unique biogenic peptide candidates ensembled into a comprehensive database
