Tried Colive for the first time. We booked a week prior to our visit to bengaluru, paid 1500 booking fees. We reached bengaluru early in the morning, the person denied check in saying Colive people are doing fraud in the name of booking

The property owner told he has said this multiple time to Colive employees, not to take bookings as he doesn't want to give the rooms to anyone, yet they continue doing the bookings. He also mentioned that we weren't the 1st one to be scammed, there were many such girls b4

Two girl's in completely unknown city with no where to go, standing in between the road with the huge luggage. We were soo worried.. Reached out the Colive employee rinku, he dint pick the call even after calling him for the 100th time. Checked in near by hotel.

Waited for rinku Colive employee to receive our call. No proper help was given by him. We had booked with an advance of 3000 rs. He has just been dragging it. Plus the customer care team, woahhh they keep you waiting forever... N ever... Worst experience. Please do not book

Using Colive especially when you are travelling to a new city.. These people are just running a scam. Really disappointed. The Colive employee name is rinku, and he had booked royal comforts bengaluru property for us.
