Love watching the Olympics and different sports. One thing that we can all learn from— The sportsmanship is incredible… ✅opponents encouraging opponents ✅non-medalists congratulating medalists ✅no hard passive-aggressive slap in the handshake line. Very refreshing!!

Another The Olympic Games observation I have is the positivity from USA Volleyball teams!! Each post-point huddle is filled with encouragement and getting ready for next point. No yelling, or calling out teammates — just focus on next play. Be the teammate you’d like to play with!

Or as I like to say “optimism is a self-fulfilling prophecy” Great reminder⬇️⬇️
