Tomorrow, we are delighted to welcome The Royal Regiment of Scotland (SCOTS) to parade in Motherwell as they receive the Freedom of North Lanarkshire. Provost Kenneth Duffy is encouraging everyone to line the route from 12pm to help mark this historic occasion.
