Only took 4 years but covid finally got me

Keep my sweet husband in your thoughts and hope he doesn’t get sick. 💗 We are trying to stay apart but we are both always home. Even with everything, he is being super husband and dad trying to help take care of me and the kids.

I feel very fortunate. We had AC issues so went to hotel. Got 2 rooms since Im sick. It was one of those moments that made me realize my children will never know the struggles our families had. We worked hard to be where we are but I do feel my kids need to be humbled sometimes.

I think I’m past the worst of this sickness’s now it’s just coughing.

Sooo I’ve had a fun past couple days. I thought Covid symptoms were getting better but now I have pink eye in both eyes. 😫

Does anyone else buy designer clothes/shoes/accessories/etc when they are sad? Or are you normal?

I try to stay away from talking about politics but it’s hard this election. So many people are just so narrow minded and only care about themselves. It’s sad. Having a husband with brain cancer is a humbling experience that makes you realize how precious and short life is.

I plan on voting in support of things keep my husband (and many others) alive. I am most thankful for The PACT Act. This has helped so many, and I truly credit it as one of the reasons my husband is still with me. He was able to medically retire and focus on his health.

Moving to Florida was the right move for my family, but wow the love and inclusivity in NYC was so beautiful. We had such a positive experience, and I was so proud of my daughter.

So if a former client pays off their invoice and I buy Prada shoes… the shoes are basically free right?

I worry about federal employees, federal retiree benefits, veterans, VA benefits, social security. I would have nothing without these.
