Update: I’m glad to see our bill SB 325, the Senate cognate to Del. Carrie Coyner’s HB 649, to cut red tape for military families adopting children signed into law today. The sooner paperwork’s processed, the sooner kids get health care coverage. It’s a great bill for families.
