Another new cBioPortal feature, developed as part of a #NCIITCR collaboration: Integration of the IGV Team Integrative Genomics Viewer into the patient view to interactively explore copy-number alterations and mutations.

We added several new studies from NCI Treatment's Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research CPTAC project, with protein and phospho-protein levels from 892 samples across 7 cancer types. Thanks to The Hyve for the curation help.
