There is no set pattern to grief - everyone grieves differently. However, most grieving people experience some or all of the same feelings, although the order of these is not set and you may move back and forth between them.

Friends can be a great support when you’re grieving. Sometimes it’s nice to hang out with friends and not talk about your bereavement. At other times, friends can help by listening when you feel sad.
