The past month in Europe has been great. I organized a workshop in #ICOM12 of multilevel selection in mycorrhizas. At #IMC12 got Latin America’s most prestigious mycology award. But definitely the best thing was to see my oldest friend (since 1995) last night in Utrecht!

Who else finds kind of interesting that genetics/genome sequencing was huge during the 80s-2000s, then the other omics exploded, & also for a few decades, trait ecology has become huge… Like, it seems so much work to realize that evolution/ecology occur on phenotypes
