Non-Negotiables for optimal health: - 2-5 strength training sessions per week (metabolic health) - 2+ Zone 2 or higher cardio sessions per week (cardiovascular health) - DAILY movement (walking, dancing, hiking, playing sports, etc.) - Nutritious, high protein diet daily
