Just arrived at the new station. There was a good discussion between The Nolan Show, BBC and Mark Simpson this morning about whether or not people will want to go back to it. I certainly will. Every time i need to get a bus or train that leaves from it. But I'm easily pleased 😀

Saw a mad thing today my train temporarily terminates at Lisburn for a bus transfer. 2 passengers disembarked but instead of getting on the bus they kept walking. I didn't know people actually went to Lisburn through choice. They reminded me a bit of this. youtu.be/0YfRbNipdOg

And they say there's no place left for traditional newspapers? Poppycock! How else would we have known this? belfasttelegraph.co.uk/entertainment/…

I hope the transparency and honesty the Finucane family seek is reciprocated through this enquiry. If the security forces were involved then they need to explain why they thought this assassination was necessary. After all, apparently there was a war on.

Whatever the rights and wrongs of the fuel allowance issue (and there are both), surely the worry here is the new governments's inability to anticipate how unnecessarily unpopular the move would be. That lackof judgement can't become a regular thing,

Anyone who votes a certain way because a pop star or actor says so is an imbecile. No doubt about that. But so is a candidate who insults them all in election year.

Someone on Nolan this morning giving off about the new station. Something to do with his bike. You've drained the swamp when that's important 😂

I'm not sure about these City Deals. Who actually would have been in charge of allocating the funds? If you look at the state of places like Bangor Town Centre and Belfast City Centre you'd need to be sure it was completely different people from the usual bluffers.

Still no one has explained what actual RIGHTS "trans" people don't have that the rest of have. But sure why worry if it's a good excuse for a Saturday photo opportunity walking up Royal Avenue. Or is it a 2020s made up issue to keep paid activists in a job?

Collective responsibility? Not for the soundbite city crew. The use of "feels like" makes it clear he hasn't a clue what's actually gone on. The Euro money was ALWAYS down to HMG and not the Executive. The Executive will still build Casement as it promised.
