Well I've just had the first spray tan of my life. There's no point in just looking like half a wally is there. #Strictly

Well apparently my inaugural spray tan has pretty much washed away to be very mild indeed, so it looks like I will be filming the start of #Strictly today simply looking half human - which is still an upgrade I suppose.

We filmed the opening episode of #Strictly last night. I don't think I am breaking any rules telling you that it was loads of fun. I even enjoyed trying to dance. Full marks to anyone that can tell I have that spray tan though 👻
