I'm blessed to have a really nice life as someone with SMI. My employer is very understanding. My family is very supportive. Without medication, my life would be much more difficult for me and those close to me. Very, very grateful for the medication that grants me a high QoL.

If you want to have doctors do routine work out of hours, then staff hospitals as per requirement. Do not force nurses to push doctors to do things neither has time for. It disempowers both and creates a poor environment and outcomes.

6 weeks ago I received a 2 inch gash across my throat from an immigrant......... He was a spinal surgeon and it enabled him to access my spine where he replaced two herniated discs and fixed a plate to stabilise my neck. He stopped the pain and gave me my life back #OneWorld

1 month shy of 20 years since I went to medical school, so grateful and proud to be on the specialist register and to start work as a consultant psychiatrist on Wednesday! Thank you to everyone who has helped get here! ❤️
