When there is a Client Complaint, it is time to play double agent. To the Client: You are a problem solver who is focused on their satisfaction. To the Cleaner: You are supportive and understanding of whatever happened. No picking sides.

It doesn’t matter how many hours you work. It matters how fulfilled you are. How your life is structured. If you can make a comfortable living. Don’t let the entrepreneur bros trick you into working your life away. Do something you love and enjoy your life.

How I escaped my 9 to 5: Step 1: Built a biz from 5 to 9 Step 2: Kept doing what worked And finally… Step 3: Didn’t stop until I replaced my W2 income with a sustainable system that I knew would never go out of style. Step 3 is the most important.

You don’t need tons of funding to start a business. Especially something that cash flows month 1. Pick a business with low barriers to entry and not a crazy amount of startup capital. Like a home service company.

It took me 9 months to hit my first $10,000/month. If I had to start over from 0 & needed to do it again in 2024… Here’s exactly what I’d do:

There is no perfect market. You’re better off choosing one and taking action as opposed to sitting there questioning it. Paralysis by analysis is real. And it stops so many entrepreneurs (don’t let it stop you).
