Not sure what all you other retwit grifters are doing but we just shipped a cut+fill optimization tool. A guru course might explain what a building is, but this is dirt. Moving less (any) of it means more money back to LPs. This tweet is not investment advice.

Hard to visualize the idea of cut+fill in 2D. Here is a static parcel map being dragged over steep topography. The parcels with large variation within (move a lot of dirt to flatten) likely need the whole row to flip orientation automatically. Something to optimize

TestFit parking v6 ai named “Ben” is 10-15% better at stall yield. If you look closely it’s making some more intelligent micro-decisions.

With so few deals moving forward, we react by improving our outputs and generating 25k solves a minute to help find deals that might work.

Asked the machine to find the most efficient parking lot…. The most efficient surface lot is correlated with how many well positioned curb cuts you can get. Don’t undervalue curb cut location.

Kitchen generator would be fun to build. Adjacencies like “sink next to dishwasher” and “fridge not next to range” also “don’t use 18 inch cabinets 5 times in a row?”
