Thanks for the shoutout! Thank you also to the editors of Royal Geographical Society (with IBG)'s AREA journal. Here's my paper on challenges and barriers to climate mobility in Bangladesh posed by COVID-19: rgs-ibg.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.11….

My reaction to the outcomes of the German elections. Literally, who votes for these far-right parties? Nobody admits it, yet so many vote for AfD, really? Do I live in a bubble? What's wrong with "my" country? I'm so upset.

A great lineup of projects & speakers at the training school's 3rd edition, from causality and impact modeling to climate migration. Need more compelling reasons to apply? People, incl. Giorgia Di Capua, Emanuele Bevacqua, Kevin Schwarzwald and Kai Kornhuber, location and food are amazing! 🏆

I recently talked to ZDF about #climatechange impacts and migration. Causality is a tricky one. With more frequent & intense heat waves, floods & droughts, fewer people in Global South (and North!) will likely be able to move out of harm's way. #immobility

📢📢This NEW PAPER aims to help with research design for local assessments of #LossAndDamage from #ClimateChange. It's part of an edited book, which unfortunately will only become open access in 12 months. If you want a copy, please email me. link.springer.com/chapter/10.100…
