Very, very true, but sadly many people don't appreciate this fact.

Why do we find it so difficult to deal with airborne transmission today? We think it's because our research is not ambitious enough. It should aim to analyze the entire decision-making system, using appropriate methodologies. Complex systems engineering can help.
