I was looking a bit at the storyboard of Ghibli's Umi ga Kikoeru (Ocean Waves). Funny to see that sometimes in the first pages, the style looks a bit like "Kimagure Orange Road". The director of the film Tomomi Mochizuki directed the K.O.R. movie in 1988. #ghibli #umigakikoeru
