I think this part is crucial “We try to stay away from exposing them to isolated drills with no context or movement as much as possible” Doesn’t say we “never” use isolated or work on technical issues. We “try to stay away” or find a way to scale the activity with relevant info

🤔The athlete should be the 'main problem' solver during training if we want to develop adaptability 🗣❌We need to give them space to problem solve instead of telling them the answers. 🤝Coach is still a crucial part of the session but acts as more of a 'guide by the side
