Coaching football is a long repetitive grind. Sometimes we gotta remember they’re still kids, even in college and let them cut loose and have some fun. Giving up 30 mins in August pays off later on. Good stuff Middle Tennessee Football proud to be an alumni and wishing y’all well in 2024!

Had a stint in Knoxville as an OC. One of the best teams in TN we played had a coach assigned to follow me up and down the sideline to steal signals. Can’t be mad at em. Perfectly legal.

Get asked about IZ a lot. My belief is a good IZ system has a way to read-block-RPO-double the box. We did away with combos years ago so a double for us involves a TE/H launching and fitting into a dude DL. All our tags are designed to solve problems

Stole this from UGA years ago. Best drill I’ve done to get multiple game like reps and skills in a short amount of time. This and Kirby’s OK2K are as good as it gets for group work IMO
