Seeing the Landon Donovan quote everywhere. How do you develop players without focusing on winning? Free play. Checks all the boxes. When you bring in adults to shortcut the learning process it brings the focus to improvement & winning. Exploration usually means no adults.

My crazy ass useless goal is to dunk at age 40 at 5’9”. It means I need a 36” vert and a good alleyoop pass. I recently touched 10’4” so I have a shot at this. I turn 40 in about 15 months. Can I get some haters in my comments so I can say that I proved all the haters wrong?

In my demographic of HS athletes, I have to build a tolerance to distance for 10-yard flys or we inevitably get quad strains in the first 2-4 weeks. We start 5-10 yrd run-ins and work our way back. Does anyone else have this issue?
