We're a little late on sharing this, but this is some big news in the Processing world – a platform well-used through our curriculum. We wish everyone involved the best and hope this community will only continue to thrive!

Some additional perspective. We will continue to use Processing in several of our classes as we have been, and we're all comforted knowing that the platform and community will continue to thrive and be available for all our students!

Python tip: setdefault() is a dictionary method that either returns a value of the key or inserts a key with the default value into a dictionary. If the default value is not set, the value is None.
