Thanks to KSNV News 3 Las Vegas for covering Clark County Nevada efforts to make the purchase and sale of stolen copper wire illegal. Since 2022, the County estimates 1 million feet of wiring has been stolen — a strain on taxpayers and residents who are literally left in the dark on their streets.

Our no-cost vaccine and microchip clinic with Nevada SPCA starts at 8 a.m. 🐶🐱

An amazing turnout this morning. 200 pets received vaccines and microchips in a partnership between commissioner Michael Naft and Nevada SPCA. 🐈 🐕

Thank you to the 200 families who joined me and Nevada SPCA for our no-cost vaccine and microchip clinic! Today was a great success, and we know 200+ animals are now safe from illness and can be reunited with their families if they are ever lost.
