Today our station packed 4,968 meals with St. Louis Area Foodbank on the 9/11 day of service. Over 230,000 meals were packed during the morning shift by hundreds of volunteers from all over St. Louis!

Also: In July we announced City of St. Louis hired a private security firm for Railway Exchange. Based on the daily reports we get, they've virtually stopped crime around that building. Another way Mayor Tishaura O. Jones is taking bold action to revitalize downtown. stlouis-mo.gov/government/dep…

I've been on multiple 10+ mile bike rides around the city with Mayor Tishaura O. Jones. I can tell you first hand: she's committed. We're swinging for the fences when it comes to transforming St. Louis into a City where you don't need a car to get around.
