Cody's team is absolutely world-class. If you have have deep experience of serverless and/or next.js, and you love helping people, then this might be the job for you!

The hackathon-to-ship pipeline is alive and well 😌

I initially threw this together in March while trying to wrap my head around INP, and since then we've been using this to catch issues before they ship

This is one of the few designs I truly feel proud of making lol

Do you have relatively low traffic and feel like cold starts are too frequent on Vercel? DM me your team ID and I might be able to help

Y'all are making jokes about the triangle company, but at my previous previous employer my project manager's great great (probably another great) grandfather was the founder of the illuminati

I'm much more motivated to write content now that it will be read by AI and have its impact multiplied into eternity. Of course, it's even better if it is our own AI

One fun thing that can be implemented with embed and embedMany is a semantic router. It's pretty useful since embeddings are fast and cheap.

It classifies values based on their distance to clusters of example values and can be used for tool selection and other routing problems.

I had to put some black bars to not spill the beans for Vercel Ship next week, but this graph escaping into the available white space is definitely a world class bug.

If you want to try out the new React Compiler with Next.js and don't want to wait until next week for a Next.js 15 announcement 👀, here's how.

◆ Run `pnpm install next@canary react@rc react-dom@rc babel-plugin-react-compiler`.
◆ Enable this option in your next.config.js file:

Really enjoyed recording an refactoring.fm episode with Luca Rossi ꩜ today. To prep I listened to a recent episode with Charity Majors, and I'm glad I discovered it. Really good stuff!

the React Compiler is gonna be usable day one with a vanilla babel config for Next.js, but we’re gonna have a slightly better integration with this PR by OJ Kwon: github.com/vercel/next.js…

Stay tuned for Next.js announcements next week :)
