A really powerful launch speech from Kemi Badenoch, setting out with crystal clarity the principles that can guide and deliver a Conservative national renewal: - personal responsibility - citizenship - equality under the law - family - truth

A really inspiring and intelligent speech from Kemi Badenoch at the Renewal2030 launch event today If you missed it please go and find it as it’s well worth a watch I loved the references to being an Engineer and fixing what will be left behind by Labour ready for 2030’s It

One alarming aspect to being more active on socials is realising how far my grammatical and proofing skills have declined. Getting the wrong "your / you're", "whose / who's", not noticing duplicate words or linked autocorrecting to "LinkedIn". My younger self would be mortified☠️

So Aberdeen loses a real industry creating highly paid real jobs, but gets the energy DVLA in compensation. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Credible, experienced people are backing Kemi Badenoch to deliver Renewal2030. Hoping more Conservatives MPs and shadow cabinet members will be choosing to join them over the coming weeks. 🙏 telegraph.co.uk/politics/2024/…

On Israel, Labour have shown weak leadership. Their removal of arms licenses sent the wrong signal and will have emboldened Iran. Throwing UK interests under a bus because you’re scared of unions and protestors will lead to disaster. More here: thesun.co.uk/news/30313336/… (3/3)

Shadow Defence Sec @JCartlidgeMP and Shadow Business Sec @KevinHollinrake endorse Kemi Badenoch. Over 1 in 3 of the Shadow Cabinet back Kemi. People who have worked at the top, with and alongside Kemi, trust her to renew the party and win for our values. telegraph.co.uk/politics/2024/…

Just as the UK is trying to deliver the European social model on steroids, the EU is coming to the conclusion it's a hopeless costly disaster.

I'm backing Kemi Badenoch because she's led by principles, and I believe she's the intellectual future of Conservatives. I've seen doctors, scientists, tech professionals, board members, a former dimplomat, all rooting for her, alongside MPs and shadow cabinet colleagues. ⬇️

Humility, strategic competence and authentic leadership. Qualities counter extremism expert Professor Ian Acheson sees we need to meet the challenge of tacking crime and prison numbers. Qualities Kemi Badenoch can offer with Renewal2030. ⬇️ conservativehome.com/2024/09/12/ian…

🗣 "Our entire justice system [budget] is 2 weeks of the DWP budget". Honest, important points from Kemi Badenoch if we really want to prioritise being tough on crime. She will commission a review on sentencing guidelines to address 2 tier justice. youtube.com/watch?v=blX_nf…

Usual Tory tropes don't apply ✋️ MPs and members need to vote for an opposition "Labour don't know what to do with" ⬇️
