The rate of violence among young persons is on the rise and it is important that we begin to look at the root causes of such violences and its implications impacts on the community as a whole. As stakeholder in the sector, CYPF believe that supporting youth engagement is key

All stakeholders must be more deliberate in addressing violence among young persons without criminalizing the young persons. Government must create a very interactive platform to listen to young person and address their various challenges thereby creating a safe space for them

It was wonderful having Mercy of Girls not Brides visit the CYPF office for two days to discuss further support for the National Coalition of CSO on ending child marriage in Nigeria . The meeting was a clear indication that Girls not Brides is always ready to support partners
