Maybe if you're thinking from a D-I perspective, but D-III has 240 teams, nearly twice as many as D-I FBS. It's basically twice as hard to make the #d3fb Top 25.

Andrew Santillo Patrick Bohn Ithaca's O is averaging ~44 ppg. Their opps are allowing ~24 ppg. IC is scoring ~20 ppg more than their opps are allowing.
Throw in some opponent adjustment & HFA stuff, and you get 25 points for Ithaca's offense (20 points fewer than Ithaca's avg & 18 more than RPI's D) 3/
