What are some of the things that people are using their old game elements for from VEX Robotics ?

Students were tasked with designing giant board games that could be played in part by #robotics

I've seen Triballs used as game pieces, and Spin Up Discs used for Connect Four.

Today’s simple #STEM starter:
Get some dry ice, break it into smaller pieces, & let students hit it around on a desk…can they figure out why it acts like air hockey?

Thinking ahead to Chromebook & charger distribution next year…
Does anyone put student names on with removable labels?
Our district just uses a serial number/barcode on them til they fall off

Day 3 of packing peanuts in colored water, I added my 5th graders, so an extra cup. Still had that whole attaching to the side. Also, blue broke down quickest and red held on to end. Experiment enjoyed by over 400 students in 3 days time. #STEMeducatiion
