Wild Woodbury rewilding site is looking amazing after all this rain. Acting like a big sponge and holding huge amounts of water on site, slowing the flow to further downstream, cleaning the water, and providing great habitat for many species. Dorset Wildlife Trust Rewilding Britain
An excellent day being shown around Heal Rewilding site by Hannah Needham and the team in Somerset. The site is showing very encouraging changes just 1 year into the project, with lots of exciting plans for the coming months and years. I can’t wait to see it again soon!
A great couple of days for beetles Dorset Wildlife Trust Wild Woodbury. Black Oil Beetle, watching Minotaur Beetle moving dung into its burrow, and two Glowworm during a reptile transect. Daisy Meadowcroft

Our second ever in-person #RewildingNetwork event has begun. Rewilders are together! First up: a walk on the wild side. We’re off to Hepple Wilds to see how this Network member is creating “a more resilient, more abundant and more surprising landscape” in N'land National Park.
Always enjoy seeing Lackey Moth caterpillars, this one spotted by Daisy Meadowcroft traversing a fence Dorset Wildlife Trust Wild Woodbury this afternoon. Peregrine and Goshawk over site, and a calling Cuckoo also very welcome.
