UPDATE: Court Clerk INDICTED for falsifying documents in our client’s case. After getting no notice of her eviction hearing, it was discovered the notices in the court file were fabricated after the fact to cover up the court’s error. Hopefully we find justice Dallas Eviction Advocacy Center
