1st attempt at more authentic/traditional Bolognese sauce today & it turned out great! Quite different to what I grew up with, tasted much more like a restaurant. Soffritto, mince beef & pork, bacon (in lieu of pancetta), no garlic, no tomatoes, white wine (not red), & stock.
