Antiplt vs Anticoag in cervical artery dissection? Not wrong in either approach, in the prevention of ischemic stroke and avoiding hemorrhagic complications considering STOP-CAD results, to be published in Stroke, today. Majority of ischemic stroke occurred in first 30d.
