One year ago in what was one of the proudest moments of my life, my daughter and I completed our first 5km race together. Years of making excuses, being hard on myself and being lazy were over.

At Muay Thai tonight I could watch this all day. What a champ.

So apparently I'm "Glowing". I can't tell you why quite yet but yeah it's good.

Another date night for my dog 🤣🤣

Today a lady I've been dating said to me "You're an amazing dad" and that's probably the nicest words I've ever heard. She's alright for a Vancouver Canucks fan.

I had posted a before and after photo on TikTok US with the caption "Never Quit" and they said it violated community guidelines. I guess someone was offended by hard work. 🤣🤣

So according to Facebook memories my dog has been in a relationship now for two years. 🤣🤣
