REMINDER: It was exactly two weeks ago today TIME Magazine published an interview w/ Trump in which he said he’d be making a statement on the Comstock Act—which could be used to enact a federal abortion ban—within 14 days.

He doesn’t appear to have said anything yet.

For 2+ years, Jonathan Mitchell has tried to depose abortion funds, doctors and researchers.

Now, he’s moved onto targeting individual women with these filings.

I tracked down all of the petitions he’s filed. None have yet resulted in depositions.
