Ian Mbugua, 25, from North Woolwich, pleaded guilty to drink driving, dangerous driving & failure to stop

He also received 200 hours of unpaid work & a community order for 18 months

Our continued crackdown on illegal e-bikes resulted in further seizures during two short operations last week.
