The importance of nurses can't be overstated. I was proud to recognize Nurses Week with nurses throughout our state, including Dr. Bethany Hall-Long, Rep. Minor Brown, Rep. Jones Giltner, and School Nurse of the Year, Donna O'Connor.

Kayla Kosmalski was named Miss Delaware Teen USA - and she has made history as the first person with Down Syndrome to earn this honor. Congratulations, Kayla!
