We could make earlier access conditional: no trouble with law, full school attendance etc. Cd also bring young women bit earlier, as they're safer

- OSCT is defunct. It was replaced by Homeland Security Group
- HSG is one of three main HO groups. The others are the Public Safety Group and Migration and Borders Group
- Each is led by a DG who answers to the perm sec

What productivity growth looks like

Strong growth of 0.6% after the mildest recession on record. Earnings and pensions growing well ahead of inflation. And inflation on track to fall back to the 2% target.
