A 15 yo 👦 w/ hx of ⬇️ weight, chest pain, dysphagia and effortless 🤮 of undigested food. Esophagram shows proximal dilation with distal narrowing (birdsbeak). EGD shows hypertonic LES w/o stenosis and food-filled esophagus. Esophageal manometry confirms type 3 achalasia. WWYD?
