NOAA Fisheries AK declared opilio crab has been 'overfished'

But still provides industrial trawlers a limit of 3.4M crab and the fleet is killing an 'observed' amount of 85,000 per week.

Alaska's fisheries will never recover with incoherent and inconsistent management.

Man fined just $600 for killing & decapitating protected great white shark in New Zealand, where it's illegal to hunt, kill or harm them.

His defence? He claims he didn't know it was a great white shark. Even though he kept the head. 🤯😤
