Aurora is celebrating National 'Sun Day' with those yellow shades!
She burned her hand after accidentally touching a hot grill. Aurora's mom took her to urgent care, and were referred to our burn care. After just one clinic appointment, Aurora's mom said she's glad they came.

A birthday celebration before surgery? Yep, we do that!
Child life specialists and same-day surgery unit spoiled the now 11-year-old Lola! Her smile has changed during her cleft lip and palate care journey. But she's still the spirited, vibrant baby we met 11 years ago!

Check out 9-year-old Ricardo's new hairline thanks to Dr. Salim Mancho. Hair doesn't grow where there's scarring. We stretch the scalp by gradually filling a balloon with fluid. The skin is stretched over large scars giving kids a full head of hair.

Jeremiah's transformation isn't just with his head - it's his hands too!
Children with Apert Syndrome have conjoined fingers (syndactyly) so Dr. Chris Gordon is performing surgery to separate them. Jeremiah will work with therapists to start using his fingers!

She's with Jeremiah, who was born with Apert Syndrome, when the skull fuses too early, putting pressure on the brain. The bones in his hands and feet also fused together. Lisa helps him re-learn how to balance, crawl, and grab toys!

14-year-old Kennedy had a follow-up clinic appointment with nurse Crystal. We're still in awe of Kennedy's bravery to talk about her burn injury. She was removing nail polish when a nearby lit candle caught the fumes and exploded. She's put in a lot of work into her recovery!
