The transit centre is overwhelmed. In recent days, #Kharkiv has experienced constant shelling, causing deaths, injuries, and damage to infrastructure. Over 6,000 evacuees have been reported so far, including older people. Women and girls are most at risk during these crises.

People are being evacuated from the region to #Kharkiv city - right now - as the shelling in the area has intensified. Our Psychosocial support mobile teams are working with evacuees as they arrive in the transit centre - providing consultations and distributing dignity kits.
