Woodside, Lake Taylor & Hampton (MBB) all played in ETC Sport Group preseason event Hooptober and was evident at that time they’d make deep playoff pushes. All 3 rosters have college level athletes including some D1 talent.

Major shoutout to TSF National on putting that team together. We had three future pros on that squad that went on to play in the NBL, NBA, and the Chinese Basketball Association.

Coaches if you aren’t tapped in with Rob and TSF you’re missing out on players.

I got the opportunity to coach jaylin.galloway with TSF. Happy for him and his family for the opportunity!

NEWS: Old Dominion is hiring Maryland assistant Mike Jones as its next head coach, sources told me and Pete Thamel. Jones is an ODU alum who led the Monarchs to two NCAA tournaments as a player in the 1990s. Was one of the best high school coaches in the country at DeMatha.

Congrats to Woodside University for winning the Class 5 Region B Championship. Woodside played in two of our ETC Sport Group preseason events to prepare for the season and it’s been paying off. Woodside is on their way to potential back to back state championships.
